Olean- Kayne M. Hopkins “Loving Father, Son & Brother”
Kayne M. Hopkins of 704 Irving Street, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at the Olean General Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.
Kayne was born June 9, 1974 in Olean and was the son of Melissalee Acker Hopkins and Michael E. Hopkins.
Kayne attended Olean High School. He worked as a roofer his whole life working for Mapleleaf and Stateline up until his illness in 2022.
Kayne enjoyed football, he was an avid Buffalo Bills fan but most of all he loved his daughter and spending time with her.
Kayne is survived by; his daughter, Danica K. Hopkins of Franklinville; his mother, Melissalee Hopkins and father, Michael E. Hopkins both of Olean; his sister, Kerri B. Hopkins of Olean; and lots of aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and friends.
Kayne was predeceased by; a nephew Jordan B. Graham on January 14, 2023.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., on Monday, June 3, 2024 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Online condolences may be made at www.letromcintoshspinkfuneralhome.com
