Sandra J. Matzner, 84, of Bradford, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2024 surrounded by her loving family at the Pavilion at BRMC.
She was born on February 11, 1940 in Bradford; a daughter of the late Alfred and Doris Weaver Franklin.
She attended Bradford Area Schools.
She was the widow of Angelo R. Matzner who preceded her in death on August 18, 2009.
She was a member of the St. Bernard Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening and loved all of her animals.
She is survived by four children, Joseph (Marian) DeFilippo of Las Vegas, NV, Jack DeFilippo of Erie, Joan (Bill) Domenech-Louks of Easley, SC and Robert (Terri) Matzner of Bradford; one sister, Darla (Leon) Burgess of Coleville; one brother, Frank (Kathy) Franklin of Russell; eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband she was also preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery.
